Come to think of it, It was difficult to get this shot. Even though it was early April, the snow on this day was coming down thick and fast. I wanted to capture the guard walking but I didn't want to destroy my camera doing it. I had it wrapped in a plastic bag, and also had a large lens hood as well.Within half an hour there was 10cm of snow on the ground. I've never been able to capture snow on a photo like that. The snow flakes in Russia must be bigger than normal I guess, ha ha.I like the way they block out the guards face and the fact it is in black and white.
