We just chanced upon it whilst looking for a nice beach spot to have a picnic lunch. I had to climb through a couple of barbed wire fences to get to it as well. There was a storm starting to brew in the background, and the sun was in all it's glory beaming through from behind, and illuminated the building perfectly.I always prefer to convert shots like this to black and white, as clouds always look better in black and white.
