At the time I took the photo, it seemed to look better in place with his complete hat. After playing with the image in Aperture, I just felt it didn't look right. That's the beauty of the modern day darkroom. You can just play around as much as you like to get what your after.The image was shot with my now old Canon EOS 350D with a 28-110mm kit lens. Just your basic run of the mill everyday entry level SLR. I have recently moved to a 7D and a Cannon L Series lens. I must say that I'm extremely happy with them, although my wallet is not. My images may be a little above the average travelers, but I'm miles away from the top line photographers. I suppose the more you travel, the more you are likely to find yourself in situations or locations that allow for quality images.
