    The Sampo Icebreaker day tour is one of the best tours I have done in all my travels. Getting of the ship and walking on the frozen sea was a remarkable experience.

    Whilst exploring the streets of Helsinki, we happened to chance upon the Hietaniemi Cemetery, and went for a bit of a stroll through it. This was one of the many hundreds of Iron Crosses, that headed the graves.

    We stopped off at the Arctic Circle coffee shop, and I went for a walk in the snow and spotted this shack on the other side of the highway. I made my way through the snow to get a little closer, and captured this shot.

    Details and information on our train journey in 2007, that took us from the arctic circle in Finland all the way to China.
